Technical Principle and Scheme Innovation
- Integration Design of High-Voltage Capacitor Voltage Division and Transformer: Adopts an integrated energy-harvesting architecture of high-voltage ceramic capacitors and transformers, directly harvesting energy from 10kV lines through the principle of capacitor voltage division, avoiding the problem of traditional PT ferroresonance. Compared with current transformer (CT) energy-harvesting technology, it completely solves the problem of unstable power supply caused by bus current fluctuations. Compared with laser energy supply and solar power supply, it is not restricted by environmental factors such as temperature and light intensity, and the technical principle has significant breakthroughs.
- Adaptive Power Regulation and Protection Mechanism: The design of primary-side varistor + secondary-side thyristor amplitude limiting circuit achieves 75kV ±150 lightning strike protection, no partial discharge throughout 0-14.4kV, output power of 5-25W, and adjustable voltage of 24-40V AC/DC, with coverage far exceeding similar products at home and abroad.
